M3 Welcomes Andrew Scott!
M3 is excited to announce that Andrew Scott, the President and CEO of Operation Mobilization USA, will be joining us at the 2020 M3 Conference as a Plenary and Breakout Session speaker!
Andrew first joined the two-year OM training program on board the MV Doulos at age 19. A native of Northern Ireland, he studied Theology at Belfast Bible College before serving as an Associate Pastor and later returning to the Doulos with his wife and then 2-year-old daughter. In 2002, Andrew joined OM USA to launch a new recruiting initiative before becoming President/CEO in 2010. He is married to his childhood sweetheart Sharon and they have two children, Ana and Daniel. 2019 M3 Breakout Session – Deborah S. Lammert, RN, MSN, APRN-CNS, BC
In this informative breakout session from the 2019 M3 Conference, Deborah S. Lammert, RN, MSN, APRN-CNS, BC, a missionary nurse and educator serving with Samaritan’s Purse Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART), will explore nursing care in disaster and rural areas. Nurses provide essential health services in rural missions and disaster and crisis situations. The discussion will include various nursing roles and experiences in differing foreign settings, as well as specific case studies, differences in scope of practice in the U.S. versus abroad, and relationships with physicians or other medical providers.
