CONNECT WITH OTHERS

One of our main goals for the M3 Conference is to provide an opportunity for all who are interested in global healthcare missions to be able to connect with each other.

We believe this was accomplished in several ways at this past conference.  It was encouraging to see exhibitor booths busy with people networking and connecting.  During meal breaks, there was a tangible synergy as people gathered in the Exhibit Hall, outdoor eating area, and in our networking lunch rooms. Since the conference, we have received positive feedback in regards to the connections and relationships that were made.

Our prayer is that these new and renewed connections and relationships help us grow in our gifts, accomplish our purpose, and continue to encourage and sharpen one another.  As this happens, we believe people’s lives will be saved and changed for the better around the world.  We are better and stronger together!

Be sure to save the date to join us again to connect with others on February 22nd and 23rd, 2019!

Bridging the Gap Gains Thirty New Partners at 2018 M3 Conference

As you walked through the Exhibit Hall at the M3 Conference, you couldn’t miss Bridging the Gap’s exhibitor booth. Their booth contained a large bridge with freshly written names on it. David Soliman, a leader in the non-profit outreach, informed us that these were the names of Muslim people who visitors to the booth knew and took the time to write down.

Bridging the Gap aims to bridge the divide between Western Christians and those from Arab and Muslim regions. Their goal is to share the love of Christ with Muslims in several different ways. For example, they offer life groups that help and assist in understanding Muslim beliefs and culture, host community events in order to connect with Muslims, and also provide refugee programs that share the love of God while meeting the needs of the Muslims.

We are always blessed to hear about our attendees and exhibitors connecting with each other to make a positive difference, so we were delighted when David shared with us that they gained 30 new partners at the M3 Conference!

Thank you, David and Bridging the Gap, for being a part of the 2018 M3 Conference.  We wish you and your new partners the very best!

To be a part of this global healthcare missions experience, be sure to save the date to join us next year on February 22-23, 2019!

Day 2 of the 2018 M3 Conference

Just like that the 2018 M3 Conference is wrapped up! We had so much fun and were so blessed by all who attended. Please don’t forget the inspiring words spoken this weekend and the connections you may have made. Don’t forget the feeling of empowerment we all felt from having so many with the love for missions all in one room. Thank you Doug Jackson for putting it simply, “Go find the thing that you were called to do. Go find your passion.”

Thank you to all who attended, exhibited, volunteered, and spoke! We hope you enjoyed yourself and left M3 feeling empowered to make a change!

Connect with others. Be inspired. Find your mission. See you at the 2019 M3 Conference!

Day 1 of the 2018 M3 Conference

Good morning! We had an amazing Day 1 of the 2018 M3 Conference and are expecting just the same for Day 2. There is something so inspiring and uplifting about being surrounded by so many medical professionals, missionaries, mission organizations, and all different types of people interested in missions in general. As Dr. Paul said, “we are better together” and when we all join together we are a strong force! We can certainly feel that force at Lakewood Church!

In the plenary sessions, Dr. Martin Nkundeki shared with us how his missions began with him saying “yes” to Jesus. While Gary Haugen stated, “Jesus is in the business of making braver people” as he challenged the attendees to be brave as opposed to safe. We hope you find YOUR “yes” this weekend and step a little out of your comfort zone! Be brave with us!
