Houston Methodist Partners with the 2018 M3 Conference

We are honored to announce that Houston Methodist has joined hands with us once again in support of the 2018 M3 Conference. This partnership helps bridge the gap to connect medical professionals with the world’s pressing global healthcare needs.

Houston Methodist has consistently been ranked as “One of America’s Best Hospitals” according to U.S. News and World Report as well as earned worldwide recognition in multiple specialties including cardiovascular surgery, cancer, epilepsy treatment and organ transplantation.

Houston Methodist’s “ICARE” values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence, while striving “to treat everyone as a person of sacred worth and value, created by God,” aligns with those of M3, which is why we believe this is such a great partnership. Thank you Houston Methodist for taking that first step and supporting the work of M3!

We absolutely cannot wait to see what God has in store for us this year at the 2018 M3 Conference and we hope to see you there! Click here to register now if you haven’t already.

M3 Welcomes Mary Hermiz to the 2018 M3 Conference

Mary Hermiz

Happy Wednesday! We hope you’ve had an amazing week so far. M3 is excited to introduce another speaker at this year’s conference – Mary Hermiz, RN, MSN, EdD.

Mary was a missionary nurse in the Southern Highlands, Papua New Guinea from 1974-1983. She also continued to be a missionary nurse and the Dean of the School of Nursing in Tenwek Mission Hospital, Bomet, Kenya from 1996-2011. Mary is currently a missionary emeritus with World Gospel Mission.

Mary has written a booklet titled, “Mission Opportunities For Nurses”, with the intent of helping nurses find the best fit for their skills on the mission field. We know you will find it useful!

We also want to invite any nurses to check out the NRC (The Nursing Resource Center) at the M3 Conference. This is an area at the conference where nurses can learn about the different ministries around the world seeking nursing professionals to serve on the mission field.

We hope you join us and Mary on February 23 & 24 as she speaks on “Rural Missionary Nursing Then and Now”. Whether a nurse or not, we know Mary’s experience will be a blessing to anyone who listens at this year’s M3 Conference. Click here to register now!
